Who we are
Kidsource Kids is Kidsource Therapy’s 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that strives to create opportunities for children with disabilities. Our goal is to ensure that all children have a chance to enjoy activities like attending a fall festival, taking an art class, or getting a picture made with Santa Claus.
By empowering kids, we are empowering communities to create inclusion for all special needs children and their families.
Events & Community Outings
Kidsource Kids host a number of events and community outings designed to provide a fun, safe time for our kids to learn new things and provide inclusion in the community. Many events are tailored to a child’s specific needs, such as Sensory Santa.
We sponsor many community events and outings, where our kids get the opportunity to practice everyday living skills at the zoo, museum, bowling alley, or restaurant. We also set up special learning opportunities throughout the year like learning how to make dog biscuits at a boutique dog shop.
To learn more about upcoming events or see past events, follow us on Facebook and sign up for our e-news letter.
How you can help
Your gift, whether monetary or as a goods or service, will help improve the lives of so many children throughout the state. Without our fundraisers throughout the year and charitable donations from people like you, we would not be able to provide opportunities for children with special needs. Free to Be Me Art Gala
Free To Be Me is an arts program that promotes how powerful, creative, and inspiring children with special needs in central Arkansas are and highlights their role as contributing members in their communities. The program involves
professional artists who volunteer their time to plan and teach lessons, and therapists who give their time to be an aid for little artists. The kids get to dive into a sensory rich experience and come out with a piece of art for home and an art piece to share with the community in the gala event. The lessons are tailored to fit the developmental level of the child taking into consideration their differences. This program sees a child's special need as a doorway to
creativity that gives them a perspective uniquely their own. Every two years there is a gala event which includes a collection of the kids' artwork open for viewing and purchase where the children proudly present their art in person for the community. Free To Be Me non-profit arts program is devoted to empowering children with special needs, and we greatly appreciate our community's support in this mission!
Promotional 10% off all art displayed in M2 gallery + 10% of all M2 gallery sales donated to benefit Free to be Me and Kidsource Kids non-profit organization.
2019 ARKANSAS WALK FOR APRAXIA

Because every child deserves a voice.
Kidsource Kids will be sponsoring the 10th Annual Fall Fest this October! Fall Fest was one of the first events that Kidsource Kids created to provide community building opportunities for families. The festival originated in response to the difficulties a lot of children with special needs face when they attend public events like carnivals or fairs. We knew that these kids needed a place where the opportunity for fun was not impacted by large crowds, an excess of sensory stimulation, peer intimidation, or a lack of handicap accessibility.
Fall Fest strives to meet the needs of children with special needs and their families and create a venue that emphasizes fun without judgement. During the festival, kids with Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, Autism, and a variety of other diagnoses are able to fully participate in community activities alongside their families. The kids spend their time eating, playing games, trunk or treating, and participating in activities designed to meet their needs

It is the most wonderful time of the year!! The Christmas trees are up and decorated, lights are going up on the house, and the mall is full of happy shoppers. Santa is at every mall and it's it time to visit him for an annual photo. The line for Santa is long, music is blaring over the mall speakers, and the lights are bright and shiny. The Mall Santa experience can be overwhelming for some children.
Join Kidsource Therapy for Sensory Santa, a sensory friendly Santa Claus experience. This event incorporates dim lighting, no music, no long lines and scheduled Santa appointment times. Appointments are scheduled in 5 minutes slots allowing your child to get comfortable with Santa so we can get the perfect picture.
Santa knows these friends prefer quiet so he speaks to them in a low, soft voice. On the day of event there will be two sensory rooms, a craft for each child to complete, a snack, and of course Santa!! Each family will leave with a 5x7 photograph of their session with Santa.
Money raised at this event will benefit KIDSource Kids, a non-profit organization that provides children with special needs and their families support, assistance, and opportunities that will allow them to participate in activities and events in their community.

We love being able to provide so many opportunities for community outreach and empowerment, but none of it would be possible without contributions from our incredible donors. One of our biggest fundraisers is Decade Soiree, a decade-themed party that offers dancing, great food, and silent auction.
We are looking for sponsors and donors for our March 2020 fundraiser. If you would like to learn more about how you can help, PLEASE contact us today or fill out the form below!! We need YOU to make this all possible!
